All items are consumable products. If there is quality issue when receiving the goods， please contact our customer service through [email protected] within 72 hours without using.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If for whatever reason you do not want your item within 30 days of receiving it, we accept sending the item back to us that have not been opened or used. After receiving the item and confirm that it is in good condition, we will refund to you within 3 working days. Generally, it will take 2-7 working days to refund to the buyer's account, different payment methods will refund the arrival time differently. The return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable in such cases.

Items that have been opened, used, or are not in a resellable condition are not eligible for a refund.

3. The reason for return.

We have certain guarantee period for our products from the date of original purchase.
