This is the second time that I buy Kegel balls, but this brand is much better than the others, it is a complete group of balls from beginners like me, to experts, I bought them because I am always in a hurry to go to pee and every so often I couldn't withhold urination, I have 3 pregnancies and my doctor recommended that for my age (38yo) it is necessary to exercise the pelvic floor.

These are a must-have from beginner toy enthusiast to pro status, these are the best. The material is soft so it makes for easy in and out. They have just the right amount of weight for getting the workout you need, no matter how toned your lady bits are. You don't have to worry about getting the right weight and size because every size and the weight you need comes in the set. Ok now the best part is the one that vibrates, I mean this little buzz joy can make your solo play fun but it also is the perfect foreplay toy. I will just say I have no regrets about buying myself this birthday present. Also, my boyfriend loves that he can control the vibe setting with the remote. If you were unsure about buying this toy... DO IT YOU WILL LOVE THEM!.

Bought these for exercising and strengthening. It is helpful and easy not too heavy not too light! Highly recommend.
