The ring itself is soft if not a little thick. It's easy to clean and streachy enough to fit around my forearm without and problem. It remained tiht enough to not slip around in use. It's squishy which helped it stay comfortable and effective at the same time. Might not be the most descrete ring around but it sure gets the job done well at a great price.
